A centerpiece in Rita Sabo’s OEuvre is the “Sacred Planet”. The “Sacred Planet” unifies forces: the ones of geometry and the ones of nature. The “Sacred Planet” can not only be found in her paintings and drawings, but also rises as an impressive object from Rita Sabo’s sculptural work. Therefore Rita Sabo continues to extend her practice into the realm of sculpture. She is currently working on large format “Sacred Planets”, that will be on display in her upcoming exhibtions 2023.
